Dream also has a good base attack - Psionic Touch. You get versatile Trances - basically auras which can be either defensive, healing or damaging/debuffing, and can be switched as needed. You can also keep an eye out for gear with -% to all requirements for gear.ĭream is strong. If you want to stick to the pure strength weapon you could try 3/2/1.ĭream/Defense is a pretty cool build, just plan on buying lots of mana pots to keep up that dream magic.Īs always, use items/relics to balance your attributes if you are lacking enough to wear a certain armor or weapon. If you want to use a spear try and level your stats 2/1/3. In order I list Strength / Intelligence / Dexterity and the number is the amount of attribute points. ![]() I'm going to lay out how you might level up your stats for this build. I also love defense mastery because it turns your shield into a weapon, a perfect fit for your ideal situation. I use spirit/defense and have made it all the wave to act 3 on legendary still with 0 deaths. Heavy armor requires all strength stats so that reduction is helpful since you have to spread out your stat distribution more. Very nice when making a hybrid type character like you want. It shouldn't matter much if you are just playing on normal though.ĭefense has a perk that lowers the requirements to wear armor and shields, up to 20% when maxed. It drops off over time but there are other ways in dream and defense to do more damage. Dream is great to start out fast because of it's wave clearing aoe. ![]()
